Network Access Request
Most network access requests require APM status or above.
A network "log on ID" is the ID entered when signing onto a computer station.
Enter the log on IDs for the agents who require network access:

Location
Email
Name
Enter Sender information:
Admin Site
Enter the network URLs or complete file paths to grant access to:
